Author Instructions for the EuMW 2026

Draft paper submissions are no longer be accepted; the deadline has passed. All authors of submitted papers should now have received an email informing them of the decision of the TPC. The information on this page is now provided for final paper submissions of accepted papers.

Please upload the final version of your manuscript no later than 1 July 2026 via the EuMW manuscript management portal:

Please note that uploading the final paper is mandatory, even if no changes are required.

Authors should submit an English manuscript , on the conference Word or LaTeX templates. Your final manuscript must:

Not exceed four pages in A4 format.
Follow the official template available on the submission website.
Be IEEE Xplore-compatible, verified using the IEEE PDF eXpress service. Use the appropriate Conference ID provided to you in your acceptance email

Please submit a PDF generated through IEEE PDF eXpress or one that has successfully passed the compatibility check (e.g. PID1234567.pdf).

Important: At least one author must register and present the paper in person at EuMW 2026. Failure to do so will result in removal of the paper from the conference programme. Papers not presented will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

To help prepare your Oral presentation for EuMW 2026, feel free to use the PowerPoint presentation template below to give a common theme to our event. This format is not mandatory but all we ask is that you do include conference logos in your presentation which are also downloadable below.

Presentations can be uploaded to the computer in conference session using USB stick/ Thumb drive prior to your presentation, further specific instructions will be provided to you from session chairs.

Guidance on preparing Posters will come soon but if preparing now make sure you include space for Conference logos and a QR code which will be used by delegates for voting for your paper for the poster prize
