Join us for the EuMW2025 conference in Utrecht, The Netherlands: one of the largest international conferences on microwave and RF engineering. As a volunteer at EuMW2025, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the success of the conference while gaining invaluable experience and insights into the latest advancements in microwave and RF technology.
As a volunteer, we’ll provide you with:
- Complimentary access to all conference sessions and the exhibition (excl. special events and workshops).
- Up to 7 nights’ accommodation in a local hostel (incl. breakfast; stay depends on your duty days).
- Free lunch box on working days.
- Access to extra events such as the Young Professionals Get-Together, the Career Platform and The Microwave Nightfever party (based on availability).
In exchange, we will ask your help for 2 to 3 days to ensure all phases of the EuMW run smoothly, including:
- Checking registration badges.
- Assisting with audio-visual equipment in session rooms.
- Providing support to delegates during coffee, lunch breaks, and our welcome reception.
