Join us for the EuMW2026 conference in London, United Kingdom: one of the largest international conferences on microwave and RF engineering. As a volunteer at EuMW2026, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the success of the conference while gaining invaluable experience and insights into the latest advancements in microwave and RF technology.
As a volunteer, we will provide you with:
- Complimentary access to all conference sessions and the exhibition (excl. special events and workshops).
- Up to 7 nights’ accommodation in a local hotel (incl. breakfast).
- Free lunch box on working days.
- Access to events specifically for volunteers and young professionals.
In exchange, we will ask your help for 2 to 3 days to ensure all phases of the EuMW run smoothly, including:
- Checking registration badges.
- Assisting with audio-visual equipment in session rooms.
- Providing support to delegates during coffee, lunch breaks, and our welcome reception.
